Job summary

Ledcor Group in Reno, NV is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to shape our US Heavy Civil & Mining fleet strategy. You will lead lifecycle planning, capital budgeting, and supplier partnerships to ensure the right equipment at the right time to support operations and growth.

You will build and develop the asset management team, drive long-range asset strategies, optimize fleet performance, and influence business decisions with financial analytics and strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet management or asset management.
• Experience leading capital budgets and long-range asset strategies.
• Proven leadership in complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans that strengthen accountability and results.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for Ledcor’s US Heavy Civil & Mining business, aligning equipment capacity and capability with operational and growth plans.
• Lead capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions to optimize financial performance, asset utilization, and return on capital.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, replacement, major component planning, rental, leasing, and disposal decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations, Finance, Ledcor Equipment Group, and Equipment Operations to align fleet priorities and support informed business decisions.
• Lead equipment sourcing and supplier relationships, including commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategies that improve availability, service, and overall fleet value.
