The role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance to optimize asset utilization and drive long-term performance in the US Heavy Civil & Mining portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with relevant field and experience.
• 10+ years in fleet or asset management leadership.
• Proven ability to lead capital budgets and long-range asset strategies.
• Experience negotiating with OEMs, vendors, and service partners.
• Heavy civil or mining sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Develop and execute long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investments.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle strategies incl. acquisition, replacement, and disposal.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations, Finance, and suppliers.
• Lead equipment sourcing and supplier negotiations to improve availability.
