Ledcor in Reno, NV seeks a Senior Manager, Asset Management to turn fleet strategy into a competitive advantage. You will shape long-term equipment investments, lifecycle planning, and fleet performance for Ledcor's US Heavy Civil & Mining operations, ensuring the right equipment at the right time.

You will lead the asset management team, drive capital budgets, and partner with Operations, Finance, and OEMs to optimize asset utilization and return on capital.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet or asset management, procurement, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience building strategic supplier relationships and managing capital budgets.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the asset management team and set priorities, expectations, and development plans.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
• Oversee lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, rental, and disposal.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and OEMs to align fleet priorities.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage performance reviews.
