Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in fleet/asset management, procurement, or leadership roles.
• Experience with capital budgeting, fleet investments, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Develop and execute long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
• Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
• Manage equipment lifecycle strategies including acquisition, rental, and disposal.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, OEMs, and vendors to align priorities.
