Job summary

Teradata Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Sales Executive to drive quota-attached revenue across targeted accounts. You will manage complex deals, forecast diligently, and partner with inside sales and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.

We value deep industry knowledge, a strong network with SI/ISV/cloud providers, and a proven track record closing deals in finance/banking, cloud, analytics, and consulting services. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

6+ years of quota-carrying sales or related customer interaction role in business development.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record closing sales and converting leads into customers.
Experience with CRM applications to document sales opportunities progress and forecasting.
Finance/banking industry experience is a plus.
Experience in Cloud, analytics, and consulting services.

Responsibilities

Sell Teradata solutions into target financial services accounts and meet/exceed sales targets.
Manage complex deal cycles with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
Set and maintain account strategy for client engagement.
Drive sales motion with direct and indirect coverage (ISR and partners).
Understand client initiatives, tech stacks, and competitive environment.
Articulate Teradata value and capabilities to customers.
