Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory Manager to lead and deliver engagements that improve finance operations and drive business value. The role emphasizes hands-on project execution, client service, and team leadership across multiple CFO functions.

You will guide assessments, develop practical solutions, and implement improvements while collaborating with technology, risk, tax, and audit teams. Travel of 25–40% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or similar roles.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing project teams within finance transformation, accounting advisory, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and FP&A.
