Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or related fields.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing project teams within finance transformation or accounting advisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conduct assessments of finance operations, processes, controls, and organizational structures.
• Analyze current-state finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Support transformation initiatives across key finance functions including Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, FP&A.
• Develop recommendations, process improvements, and implementation roadmaps based on client needs and objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops, process-mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist clients with process redesign, operating model improvements, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, tax, and audit teams to support integrated client solutions.
