Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking an Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory Manager to lead engagements that enhance finance operations and drive business value. You will work with client stakeholders and engagement teams to assess processes, design practical improvements, and implement transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on project execution, leadership of Senior Associates and Consultants, and collaboration with ERP and analytics tools to deliver high-quality client service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or related roles.
• Experience leading workstreams or project teams within finance transformation or accounting advisory engagements.
• Knowledge of finance processes including Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Assess current-state finance operations, processes, controls, and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Develop recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with advisory teams to support integrated solutions.
• Travel approximately 25-40% as needed.
