Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and managing project teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements from planning through execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership.
• Drive transformation across lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing.
