Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years in public accounting, consulting, or finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conduct assessments of finance operations, processes, controls, and organizational structures.
• Develop recommendations, process improvements, and roadmaps based on client needs.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, tax, and audit teams to deliver integrated solutions.
