• Experience leading workstreams or managing project teams within finance transformation or advisory.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes: Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, FP&A.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, automation, data analytics, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Mentor associates and review work products for quality.
