Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory Manager to lead and deliver client engagements focused on improving finance operations and driving transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, manage project plans and teams, and ensure high‑quality service and outcomes across Lead‑to‑Cash, Source‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, FP&A, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conduct assessments of finance operations, processes, controls, and organisational structures.
• Analyze current-state finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support transformation initiatives across key finance functions including FP&A and R2R.
