Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cycle, and financial analysis across existing and new product lines. You will partner with senior leaders, CFO, and founders to drive disciplined spending and robust forecasting.

The role requires 4+ years in finance with 2+ years in high-growth settings, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Remote-ready with opportunities to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years at an investment bank, corporate development, or private equity, plus 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and new product lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning cadences end-to-end.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives translating results for the CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and decisions based on the numbers.
• Support evaluating and implementing a planning system and rollout.
