Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline powering decisions across the business. You’ll partner with functional leaders and finance leadership to build forecasts, explain variances, and provide executive-level insights.

You will lead budgeting cycles, develop models for new product lines, and ensure reporting readiness for board and investors, while advancing finance processes in a high-growth company.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A, ideally at high-growth firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenario analysis, GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer/ marketplace contexts (CAC, LTV, payback, retention).
• Track record translating complex analysis into executive narratives for leadership.
• Startup or high-growth experience; building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own Jerry’s driver-based operating model for the base business and new products.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning, including cadence and assumptions.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis with explanations to leadership.
• Write executive narratives for CFO/ founders and investors for external diligence.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems; drive rollout across teams.
• Build financial models for new products, verticals, channels, or partnerships.
• Track actuals vs. case and monitor CAC, LTV, payback, retention, and margins.
• Support corporate development through diligence and transaction analysis.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions with clear return profiles.
