Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the business. You’ll partner with leaders, CFO, and founders to build a scalable budgeting and forecasting process as the company expands into new product lines and verticals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining 2+ years at a reputable investment bank, corporate development group, or private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based operating models, three-statement mechanics, scenario and sensitivity analysis, GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer/marketplace businesses: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin.
• Track record translating complex analysis into a clear executive narrative for leadership and investors.
• Startup or high-growth experience, building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand with new products.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence and assumptions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and explain variances to leadership.
• Write executive narratives translating results into actionable business insights.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Support evaluating and implementing a planning system across teams.
