Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the organization. You’ll partner with functional leaders, the CFO, and founders, and lead monthly reviews and long-range planning.

You will build the financial case for new opportunities, model CAC, LTV and payback, and translate results into executive narratives for diligence and decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity with FP&A in a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenario and sensitivity analysis.

• Own the operating model for base business and new insurance products and lines.
• Run annual budgeting and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence and assumptions.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis with explanations for deviations.
• Write executive narratives translating results for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems and drive rollout.
