Jerry.ai is expanding its finance function and seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model, budgeting cadence, and planning cycle. You will partner with functional leaders, CFO, and founders to deliver insights, drive disciplined spend, and support diligence for growth opportunities.

The role requires strong financial modeling, GAAP knowledge, and experience in fast-growing environments. Hybrid/remote work options are available as the company scales.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based operating models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, contribution margin).

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new product lines.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Manage monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board and investors.
