Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline while partnering with leaders across the company.

You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, and translate financial results into actionable insights for the CFO, founders, and investors. This role emphasizes ownership, direct communication, and executive-ready output.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience (ideally combining banking or corporate development with FP&A in a high-growth company).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own Jerry’s driver-based operating model for the base business and expand it as new products launch.
• Run the annual budget and long-range planning process end-to-end with cadence and assumptions.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis and explain movements to stakeholders.
• Write executive narratives translating results into clear business insights for leadership and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and support planning system evaluation and rollout.
