Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting concepts.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives for CFO and founders.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system and roll it out.
