Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field.
- Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based thinking.
- Experience translating analysis into executive narratives.
- Startup or high-growth experience preferred, building processes from scratch.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline.
- Lead annual budget, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Explain variances to executives and investors with clear narratives.
- Lead monthly business reviews and collaborate with functional leaders.
- Evaluate and implement a planning system and roll it out.
