Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with functional leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to provide insights and drive decision making.

You will build financial models for new opportunities, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and communicate clearly to executives and investors. This role offers remote work with national coverage and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems.
