Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across a fast-growth portfolio. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to translate numbers into strategic decisions.

You’ll build driver-based models for new products and channels, lead budgeting and forecasting, and deliver executive narratives that withstand external diligence. Remote-friendly with US-based scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining investment banking, corporate development, private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenarios and sensitivity analysis, GAAP basics.
• Experience with unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.
• Startup or high-growth experience; ability to build finance processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.

• Own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis; explain movements to leadership.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Evaluate and implement a planning system; own rollout.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities: size markets, model economics, evaluate returns.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and support corporate development as needed.
• Underwrite vendor spend with business cases and negotiation support.
