Jerry.ai is expanding its finance function to build and own driver-based operating models and the planning cadence across existing products and new initiatives. You will partner with leaders, CFO, and founders to deliver rigorous forecasts, budgets, and executive-ready insights.

You will drive monthly reviews, evaluate planning systems, and build the business case for opportunities while monitoring CAC, LTV, payback, and margins. This is a high-growth role with scale potential.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields, including at least 2+ years in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenario analysis, and GAAP understanding.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, contribution margin).
• Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear executive narrative for leadership and investors.
• Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred, including building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model, forecast cycle, and planning cadence for the base business and new products.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning including cadence, assumptions, and consolidation.
• Manage monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis post-close; explain movements vs plan.
• Craft executive narratives translating results into actionable insights for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Drive monthly business reviews with functional leaders for informed decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement planning systems; assess options and drive rollout.
• Build financial cases for new opportunities: size markets, model economics, and assess capital needs and returns.
• Compare live results to assumptions and extract lessons for future decisions (CAC, LTV, payback, margin).
• Support corporate development through diligence, modeling, and transaction analysis as needed.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions with robust evaluation frameworks.
• Underwrite vendor spend and provide visibility to budget owners.
