Jerry.ai is building the AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets, with a growing footprint in insurance and adjacent verticals. We seek a Strategic Finance Manager who will own the driver-based operating model, lead planning cycles, and partner with leadership to drive data-backed decision making.

You’ll report to the VP of Finance and influence the CFO and founders. You’ll own the monthly/quarterly forecast, run variance analyses, and craft executive narratives that withstand

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based operating models.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin).
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives.
• Startup or high-growth experience; ability to build processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and workflow automation.
• Nice to have: insurance/insurtech/fintech marketplace experience; CFA certification.
• Experience with vendor negotiation or procurement; finance tech stack familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle; expand for new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write executive narrative translating results for CFO, founders, board, investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Support planning system selection, recommendation, and rollout.
• Build financial case for new opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor economics: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, margins.
• Support corporate development and diligence as needed.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and negotiate vendor terms.
