Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and the planning cycle for the expanding asset-management platform. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and functional leaders to translate results into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.

In this role, you’ll build financial models for new products and business lines, handle monthly reviews, and provide the narrative for executives and investors.

Qualifications

4+ years in finance or FP&A, with 2+ years in high-growth tech.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
Strong driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, and GAAP knowledge.
Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses.

Responsibilities

Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and new lines.
Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
Build the financial case for new opportunities and partnerships.
Develop financial models for products, channels, and partnerships with CAC, LTV, payback.
