Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, budgeting, and forecasting at our fast-growing insurtech startup. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and leaders to translate numbers into business decisions, build planning systems, and evaluate opportunities across products and channels.

This is a remote-friendly role with strong growth potential. We seek 4+ years in finance/FP&A, a finance degree, GAAP proficiency, and experience with AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
4+ years in finance/FP&A or equivalent experience.
Strong driver-based models and GAAP knowledge.
Experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback.
Startup/high-growth finance experience preferred.
Proficiency with AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

Own the operating model, budgeting, and forecasting cycles end to end.
Write executive narratives translating results for CFO, founders, and board.
Lead monthly business reviews and collaborate with functional leaders.
