Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model and planning cadence, partnering with leaders across the company and closely with the CFO and founders. You will drive budget, forecast, and variance analysis, while delivering clear narratives for executives and investors.

You’ll also evaluate opportunities, model new products and partnerships, and lead vendor spend underwriting to ensure disciplined spend across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based operating models.
• Experience with unit economics in a consumer or marketplace business (CAC, LTV, payback).
• Track record translating complex analysis into clear executive narratives.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.

Aufgaben

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle.
• Run the annual budget and long-range planning process end to end.
• Own the monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write the executive narrative for the CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and translate numbers into business decisions.
• Support the team in evaluating and implementing a planning system.
