Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS) strongly preferred.
• Master-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Clarity and polish in writing and presentations.
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms for GTM, with bookings, ARR, and headcount focus.
• Own budget-vs-actual updates for GTM functions, identifying variances and drivers.
• Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives for executives and investors.
• Support top-down and bottom-up financial planning for 2026 and beyond, including quota planning.
• Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions, including hiring and marketing mix.
• Drive strategic projects — pricing and packaging, sales compensation, ROI analysis, and more.
• Assist with investor reporting and fundraising, articulating GTM strategy and unit economics.
