Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Manager for the GTM Finance & Strategy team. You will translate complex operational data into clear insights, support forecasting, and deliver executive-ready analyses across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You will partner with GTM leadership and senior finance to drive growth, accuracy, and accountability in a fast-paced public-sector SaaS environment. This in-office role is based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5-8+ years in strategic finance at a high-growth SaaS company; investment banking/PE background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and persistent problem-solving ability.
• Proven ability to drive structured analysis in fast-moving environments; independent work.
• Excellent written/visual communication; executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and connect drivers to financial outcomes.
• Forecast topline performance and manage analytical infrastructure.
• Own ARR reporting setup and collaborate on CPQ data structures and GAAP revenue dynamics.
• Forecast and manage GTM spend including headcount and complex compensation.
• Develop and improve financial models, reporting infra, and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead long-range planning and go-to-market strategy projects.
• Deliver complex analyses from data extraction to executive-ready presentations.
• Build trusted cross-functional partnerships with Sales, RevOps, and CFO’s office.
