Job summary
OpenGov is seeking a highly analytical, strategic Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team. This in-office role at our San Francisco HQ focuses on turning complex operational data into actionable insights that inform executive decisions.
You will partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive growth and financial discipline. The ideal candidate provides strong financial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a track record of delivering
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
- Ability to synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready presentations.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with clear financial outcomes.
- Forecast topline performance and maintain analytical infrastructure.
- Own ARR reporting, CPQ data structure, and GAAP revenue dynamics.
- Forecast and manage GTM spend including headcount and commissions; drive budget vs. actual accountability.
- Lead development of financial models and forecasting frameworks for the business.
