OpenGov is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team.

This high-visibility role partners with GTM leadership to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth. Based at our San Francisco HQ, you will own forecasting, reporting, and the end-to-end P&L, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize performance and allocation of resources.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 5-8+ years of progressive strategic finance experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Experience with CRM data and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Drive the performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast and explain topline performance; own analytical infrastructure.
• Own ARR reporting infrastructure; CPQ data structure hygiene; track SaaS metrics.
• Own end-to-end P&L and budget management.
• Architect and improve financial models and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead long-range planning and GTM strategy projects.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, RevOps, and CFO office.
