OpenGov, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a highly analytical Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team. This high-visibility role translates complex data into actionable insights that improve decision quality, reporting to the Director of GTM Finance & Strategy.

You will own analyses across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, build forecasting processes, and partner with GTM leadership to support growth; success requires rigor and executive-ready communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.
• 5-8+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready presentations.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Data storytelling and visuals excellence.

Responsabilités

• Drive the performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Forecast topline performance and explain bookings, productivity, retention, and pipeline at product/segment levels; own the analytics infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end ARR reporting infrastructure; collaborate on CPQ data structure and GAAP revenue dynamics; track ARR, GRR, and NRR.
• Forecast and manage GTM spend including headcount and travel; drive accountability through budgeting vs. actuals.
• Architect and improve financial models, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead strategic projects: long-range planning, go-to-market strategy, sales capacity analysis, market analysis, compensation design.
• Deliver end-to-end analyses from data extraction to executive-ready presentation with high accuracy.
• Build deep cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, RevOps, Customer Success, and CFO.
