OpenGov seeks a highly analytical Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team in San Francisco. This role blends rigorous financial modeling with strategic insight, turning messy data into clear recommendations for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You will own forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes, partner with GTM leadership, and influence decisions with executive-ready analyses while collaborating with the CFO’s office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–8+ years of progressive strategic finance experience at a high-growth SaaS company; investment banking/PE preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, intellectual persistence, ownership mentality.
• Track record of structured, well-reasoned analysis in fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and visual communication; executive-ready presentations.

Responsabilités

• Drive the performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Forecast and explain topline performance, tying drivers to revenue and owning the analytical infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end ARR reporting; collaborate on CPQ data structure and GAAP revenue dynamics; track ARR, GRR, NRR.
• Own end-to-end P&L forecasting and budgeting; manage headcount, T&E, and commissions.
• Architect and improve financial models, reporting, and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead long-range planning, GTM strategy, and market analysis projects.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready presentations with clear assumptions and risks.
• Build partnerships across Sales, Professional Services, RevOps, Customer Success, and CFO's office.
