Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Manager to join our GTM Finance & Strategy team at OpenGov. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who translates messy operational data into clear insights that improve decision quality.

The ideal candidate combines financial judgment with attention to detail and curiosity. Based at our Atlanta, GA office, you’ll own critical analyses, forecasting, and reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, partnering with GTM

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of strategic finance experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience in investment banking or private equity is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to conduct structured analyses and make decisions.
• Excellent written and visual communication; executive-ready outputs.
• Advanced financial modeling from first principles.
• Fluency with CRM data and BI tools; Salesforce CPQ/Looker
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast topline performance and build analytical infrastructure.
• Own ARR reporting, CPQ data, and GAAP revenue dynamics.
• Manage GTM spend and headcount budgeting.
• Develop financial models and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead strategic projects: long-range planning and market analysis.
• Present findings to executives with clear assumptions and risks.
