OpenGov, a leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments, is seeking a Sr. Manager for GTM Finance & Strategy.

You will translate complex operational data into actionable insights, own forecasting for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and partner with GTM leadership to drive growth. This in-office role in San Francisco reports to the Director GTM Finance & Strategy, collaborates with CFO and senior leaders, builds scalable financial models, and mentors a Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years in strategic finance at high-growth SaaS.
• Attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Structured, independent analytical judgment.
• Strong written and visual communication for execs.

Responsabilités

• Drive performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast topline and relate to revenue outcomes.
• Maintain ARR reporting and CPQ data structures.
• Manage GTM P&L, headcount, and budgets.
• Develop financial models and forecasting frameworks.
• Lead long-range planning and GTM strategy.
• Deliver executive-ready analyses.
• Mentor Sr. Analyst.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and CFO office.
