Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer - Public Sector for remote US-based candidates. The role partners with account teams to design customized infrastructure solutions for public sector clients, spanning data center, virtualization, and related technologies.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex needs into practical designs and supporting sales execution with deep infrastructure expertise across OEMs and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in a technology-focused role with data center exposure.
• Experience in complex data center sales and virtualization.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess and understand customer infrastructures
• Design customized infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives
• Maintain technical relationships with OEMs and stay updated on product offerings
• Provide technical training for sales teams and customers
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner with Field Account Executives
• Manage the solution practice pipeline to strategize and acquire new business
• Identify technology opportunities across various technical areas
