Ladders is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer - Public Sector for remote US-based candidates. The role partners with account teams to design customized infrastructure solutions for public sector clients, spanning data center, virtualization, and related technologies.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex needs into practical designs and supporting sales execution with deep infrastructure expertise across OEMs and product offerings.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in a technology-focused role with data center exposure.
• Experience in complex data center sales and virtualization.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Solutions Engineer - Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will partner closely with account teams and Field Account Executives to shape customized infrastructure solutions for public sector customers. You will assess complex environments, translate technical needs into practical designs, and help advance opportunities across data center, virtualization, and broader technology initiatives. The position also serves as a trusted technical advisor, supporting both sales execution and customer confidence through clear communication and deep infrastructure expertise. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 annually.

Responsibilities
