Ladders seeks a Solutions Engineer - US Public Sector to join our team in a remote capacity. You will translate technical capabilities into business value for public sector customers and guide complex sales pursuits from early conversations through deal closure.

You will partner with IT stakeholders, lead territory planning, gather market feedback, and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive growth. The role requires 5-7 years in technical sales, CCNA or higher, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles.
• CCNA or higher certification in campus network design.
• Experience with security, networking, compute, and collaboration solutions.
• Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's solutions and develop strategies to outperform competitors.
• Engage effectively with IT stakeholders and decision makers.
