Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and standardization across the Field Services network. The role focuses on executable operations, reliable service delivery, and disciplined management systems.

You will lead through managers, align cross-functional partners, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards. The position requires 7+ years in field service operations, travel 50%+, and strong coaching and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing managers.
• Experience managing service KPIs and performance systems.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations and reinforces standards across the Field Services network.
• Drives execution of field service work against planned service schedules through managers.
• Manages review and improvement of service performance indicators like productivity, utilization, and first-time fix.
• Builds managerial leadership through coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to improve service readiness and customer outcomes.
