Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee operational excellence across the Field Services network. You will ensure standardized execution, drive performance through managers, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology to deliver reliable service outcomes.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, implementing standard work, and using reporting systems to monitor productivity, utilization, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery, with managerial experience.
• Proven ability to coach managers and develop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations across the network.
• Drives execution of field service work to meet customer commitments.
• Manages KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve.
• Leads development of managerial leadership and accountability routines.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to improve service readiness and execution.
