Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and consistency across the Field Services network. You will standardize service delivery, implement operating systems, and drive outcomes through manager-level leaders while aligning operational, commercial, and technology efforts to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in field service operations or service delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing managers within a distributed or field-based environment.
• Strong experience managing service KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and operational improvement.
• Proven ability to drive standardization, process adherence, and operational consistency across sites/regions.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations by executing and reinforcing operating standards, performance management systems, and execution discipline across the Field Services network.
• Drives consistent execution of field service work against planned service schedules through manager-level leaders, ensuring customer commitments are met and operational risks are addressed proactively.
• Owns the management system for reviewing, analyzing, and improving key service performance indicators including productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and first-time fix.
• Builds managerial leadership capability by coaching managers, reinforcing managerial leadership practices, establishing performance expectations, and developing leaders who deliver results.
• Ensures managers conduct effective performance reviews, problem-solving routines, coaching discussions, and accountability processes that sustain execution discipline.
• Leads implementation of field service processes, operating rhythms, and initiatives to drive standardized execution across the network.
• Establishes common operating practices and tools to reduce variability and improve service reliability across locations.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and quality expectations are embedded into field operations through standard work and leadership routines.
• Identifies recurring execution gaps and partners with network leaders to improve process adherence and customer outcomes.
• Drives continuous improvement to improve service reliability, labor effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
