Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to drive performance and standardization across our field operations. You will lead manager-level teams, ensure service delivery aligns with standards, and partner with cross-functional partners to optimize readiness and execution.

This role requires 7+ years in field service, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel 50%+. The position is based near a Field Services Site in GA or other listed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in field service operations or service delivery, including leading and developing managers.
• Proven track record in coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Strong experience managing service KPIs and performance systems (productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve).
• Experience driving standardization and operational consistency across multiple sites/regions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations by executing and reinforcing operating standards and performance systems.
• Drives consistent execution of field service work against planned service schedules through manager-level leaders.
• Manages the review and improvement of key service KPIs and operational metrics.
• Builds leadership capability by coaching managers and establishing performance expectations.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to improve service readiness and customer outcomes.
