Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to drive performance and standardization across our Field Services network in the United States. You will ensure service delivery is executable, consistent, and supported by robust operating systems, coaching managers to achieve results.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology to deliver reliable service outcomes, manage KPIs, and elevate operational excellence across

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of field service operations or service delivery, including leading, coaching, and developing managers.
• Strong experience managing service KPIs and performance systems (productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve).
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations and executes standards across the network.
• Drives execution of field service work against planned schedules through manager-level leaders.
• Manages review and analysis of key service KPIs and drives improvements.
• Builds managerial leadership by coaching and developing leaders.
• Escalates operational risks and partners with cross-functional leaders to resolve constraints.
