Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to lead performance and standardization across the Field Services network. You will drive execution discipline, manage KPIs, and develop manager-level leaders to deliver reliable service outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in field service operations, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 50%+. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology to align service readiness with customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing managers in distributed environments.
• Strong KPI and performance systems experience.
• Proven ability to drive standardization and cross-site consistency.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations across the network.
