Job summary

Rehrig Pacific seeks a Field Services Network Manager to drive performance and standardization across the Field Services network. You will lead manager-level teams and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology to deliver reliable service outcomes.

You will implement operating rhythms, ensure safety and quality, and manage KPIs such as productivity, utilization, and first-time fix. 50%+ travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, business or engineering.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery with managerial exposure.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and leaders.
• Strong KPI management: productivity, utilization, service levels, cost-to-serve.
• Experience standardizing processes across multiple sites or regions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch and Tech.
• Experience with field service technologies and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Own field service network performance, enforcing standards and discipline.
• Drive on-time delivery against service schedules with accountable leaders.
• Review and improve KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency.
• Coach managers and build leadership capability within the network.
• Ensure effective reviews, problem solving, and accountability routines.
