Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee field service operations across the network, ensuring standardization, safety, and reliability. The role drives performance through leaders and integrates operations with technology and commercial goals.

The ideal candidate will coach managers, monitor KPIs, and partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and IT to deliver exceptional service while traveling 50%+ to field locations across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing managers.
• Strong experience managing KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve, and operational improvement.
• Ability to drive standardization across multiple sites, regions, or service territories.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Technology.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Own network performance for Field Service operations by executing and reinforcing operating standards and performance management systems.
• Drive consistent execution of field service work against planned service schedules through managerial leaders.
• Review, analyze, and improve key service KPIs including productivity, utilization, service levels, and cost-to-serve.
• Build managerial leadership through coaching, performance reviews, and accountability processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across field operations.
• Lead standardization of field service processes and operating rhythms to reduce variability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure service readiness and alignment with customer requirements.
