Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Field Services Network Manager to oversee performance and consistency across the Field Services network. You will ensure service delivery is executable, standardized, and supported by effective operating systems, guiding managers to deliver reliable outcomes.

You will drive standardization, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration, while focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across locations. Travel 50%+ is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field and 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach managers, drive performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with field service tech and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own network performance by enforcing standards and performance systems across Field Services.
• Drive execution of field work against schedules through manager-level leaders.
• Review and improve KPIs like productivity, utilization, service levels, and cost-to-serve.
• Coach managers, set expectations, and develop leadership across teams.
• Lead standardization of field service processes and operating rhythms.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality are embedded in field operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Technology to align readiness.
