Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Distribution Field Sales Specialist for the Central Territory to drive distribution sales and own regional distributor relationships. The role requires experience with distributor sales models, strong sales skills, and knowledge of Laboratory Diagnostics and POC testing.

You will coordinate with marketing and internal teams, manage forecasting, and deliver strategic business reviews to strengthen partnerships and maximize revenue across national distributors in

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales.
• Knowledge of distributor sales models and CRM tools.
• Experience with laboratory diagnostics and POC products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
• Drive product launches, product training, business reviews.
• Manage distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast.
• Prepare strategic plans in coordination with marketing and sales leads to build long term partnerships.
• Develop and implement plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall lead to coordinate activities across internal departments and teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence for the sales organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and trends within the industry, and assist leadership with the development of sales strategies that identify the Siemens Healthineers advantage, or address and win competitive challenges in the marketplace.
• Represent Siemens Healthineers at National and Regional sales meetings.
• Utilize data management software to secure territory intelligence and develop a strategy; use the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity.
