Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Distribution Field Sales Specialist to drive Lab Diagnostics distribution sales in the Central Territory from Minneapolis, MN. You will own regional distributor relationships, coordinate launches, and forecast pipelines across multiple partners.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic plans, manage forecasts, and deliver growth while traveling up to 70% across the U.S. to meet customers and build partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or higher.
• 3+ years' experience in distribution and/or laboratory sales.
• Experience using Share or similar CRM tool.
• Solid experience with distribution sales, promotions, and funnel management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors.
• Drive product launches, training, and business reviews.
• Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast.
• Prepare strategic plans with marketing and sales leads for long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams to meet objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and position Siemens Healthineers advantage against competitors.
