Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to drive growth in the Charlotte/East Tennessee/upstate South Carolina market. You will define markets, build strategic relationships, and promote Arrow’s full lifecycle programs to customers in a fast-paced electronics environment.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience within the industry, with strong knowledge of pricing programs and Salesforce-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience in our industry.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition).
• Ability to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling Arrow offerings.
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute on them.
• Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs with major customers.

Responsibilities

• Defining critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy and developing all key relationships.
• Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.
